I'm Lily Ledoux, a Culinary Management Co-Op student at Georgian College in Barrie, finishing up my second year. Cooking has been part of my life for a long time -- long enough that I was taking college-level baking courses while still in high school.
Before Georgian, I competed at Skills Ontario in both baking and cooking, trained under Red Seal chefs, and spent a couple of years working in real kitchens. I cooked the line at The Mill on Main in Huntsville, worked hot foods and deli at Bullock's Independent, and catered events for crowds of 200-plus -- everything from high school athletic banquets to private birthday parties.
I grew up in Huntsville and now live in Barrie. I'm still figuring out where I want to take my career, but I know I love the work. This portfolio is a collection of what I've been making along the way.
